About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a monthly channel plan of marketing strategy supporting Kohler.com based on monthly content themes, relevant consumer holidays and events, dedicated channel events, and ongoing business support needs, ensuring alignment with e-commerce business partners.
  • Support national brand campaigns in owned channels, including on-site and media integration strategy and email that support featured products with category halo impact.
  • Support e-commerce product launches with dedicated marketing plans in partnership with Product and Campaigns Marketing teams.
  • Accountable for low-funnel paid media strategy to meet business performance objectives, with execution partnership by Digital Marketing team and media agency.
  • Management oversight of SEO strategy, with accountability for natural search channel performance.
  • Responsible for email channel strategy and performance, including single send calendar development, email acquisition strategy, and journey and automation strategy and objectives, with execution partnership by the SFMC Marketing team.
  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the business by developing long-term marketing strategies and short-term category-specific marketing plans for e-commerce.
  • Take business responsibility for developing, planning, forecasting, and implementing marketing promotions, including special promotions, rebate efforts, and ongoing support programs for product categories and market segments.
  • Identify and execute new opportunities to expand marketing activities, including but not limited to, promotions, partnerships, and relevant digital initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 8+ years of business and/or marketing experience, with at least 3 dedicated to e-commerce marketing, partnership management, project management, direct marketing, advertising, direct response, or sales management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and ability to analyze, think creatively, innovate, and plan with attention to detail and accuracy through execution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
