Calibration Technician

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team at Micro Precision. As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, testing, and calibrating a variety of instruments and equipment to ensure accurate readings and compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Calibrate and test instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments and equipment
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with senior technicians and other team members to resolve calibration issues
- Document and record calibration results and maintenance activities
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment
- Experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools
- Basic mathematics understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and under supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Work performed in the local laboratory and at customer facilities. Up to 25% out of town, overnight travel may be required.
