Calibration Specialist

The Calibration Technician will be responsible for maintaining, testing, and calibrating a variety of instruments and equipment to ensure accurate readings and compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Calibrate and test instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
- Comply with company policies and quality standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve calibration goals
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve calibration issues
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments and equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment
- Experience with basic instrumentation and manual tools
- Basic mathematics understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

Work EnvironmentThis role will involve working in the local laboratory and at customer facilities, with up to 25% out-of-town, overnight travel.
