Calibration Specialist

The Calibration Technician is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of various instruments and equipment used in our laboratory and at customer facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, test, and calibrate a variety of instruments and equipment to ensure accurate readings.
- Comply with company policies, quality manual, and internal work regulations.
- Calibrate test instruments for multiple skill areas, including electrical, dimensional, industrial/mechanical, temperature, RF/optical, and mechanical equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment preferred
- Experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools preferred
- Basic mathematics understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and under supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Work Environment:
- Work performed in the local laboratory and at customer facilities
- Up to 25% out of town, overnight travel
