At ICONMA, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide standard reporting and analytical support.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex operations problems and initiatives, including transactions that require special handling and/or exception handling.
**Requirements:**
- A college degree or comparable work experience.
- High-level Excel expertise, including V-lookup, formulas, and data analysis.
- Excel knowledge, detail orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities, and multitask.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to continuously learn on the job, problem-solve, and take ownership of process improvements.
- Ability to work in a team environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Expert Excel knowledge, business, finance, accounting, economics, or similar major preferred, and basic understanding of and/or experience in the financial services industry.
