We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Account Executive to join our team at Medix.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your business development skills and experience to drive growth and success in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking groups, and social media
  • Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications

Sales Training:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients
  • Build strong networks throughout the assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups, and utilizing social media
  • Assist in the development of recruiters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Remote Work Model: This position will primarily involve remote work, with occasional travel to client meetings in the San Antonio area.

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Quarterly Bonuses
