Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client HR Business Partner to join our team at Paychex. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on HR-related matters, including Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention Strategies, Compensation, and Employee Engagement.
  • Partner with internal departments and subject matter experts to deliver actionable responses or plans to client concerns.
  • Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures, providing remedies for any employee relations issues that may arise.
  • Maintain an awareness of HR trends and conduct training based on available resources.
  • Promote high-quality customer service to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Consideration may be given to a candidate with experience in lieu of a degree
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $32.40 hourly. Please note that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
