Job Summary:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outpatient assessment program. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, administrative support, and strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to assessment staff, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and effective documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including hospitals, outpatient care facilities, and community organizations, to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Collect and analyze data on program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to assessment staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, with eligibility as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional).
  • Licensure as an LPC/LCSW.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mental/behavioral health, with a strong background in leadership and program management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a community-based behavioral health setting, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead change initiatives, with a focus on improving service quality and outcomes.
