Key Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of improving mental health care
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
- Actively engage in consultations with colleagues to ensure high-quality care for all clients
- Clinical licensure (PhD or PsyD) is required
- Experience with completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Candidates must be able to work in Missouri with a Missouri license or be license-eligible
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient or able to quickly learn to use Office 365 and EHR systems
