We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at SSM Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Provide documentation of patient information, referrals, and supportive services.
- Supervise interns and assigned staff.
- Perform discharge planning and other duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
- No experience required.
- State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT).
This role requires constant use of hearing, vision, and speech. Frequent lifting, standing, and walking are also required. Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing may be necessary.
