We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist with Spanish language skills to join our team at Truity Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual support for HR-related tasks, including workers comp claims, benefits, and employee issues.
  • Interface with employees and management to relay needs and resolve issues.
  • Participate in employee relations issues and provide translation support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of HR experience.
  • Ability to speak Spanish fluently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $22-29.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8am-5pm.
  • Opportunity to work part-time or full-time.
