About the Role

AAC Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join its talented and growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the expansion of business development and technical marketing in the American and European market.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships, collect market intelligence, and negotiate contracts.
  • Follow up on top-tier clients' needs and key technology trends, drive strategic planning, and promote business cooperation models.
  • Prepare customer-focused presentations, collect market intelligence, and develop rapport with customers.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Prepare customer-focused presentations and collect market intelligence for future strategies.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships, collect competition information, and negotiate contracts.
  • Follow up on top-tier clients' needs and key technology trends, drive strategic planning, and promote business cooperation models.
  • Expand key technology supplier resources and promote the formation of cooperation mechanisms and business cooperation models.
Requirements
  • Possess industry experience and cooperate with responsible OEM customers.
  • Have European and American customer resources and good industrial and technical knowledge of technology.
  • Be able to communicate with customers at the technical level and have certain technical and market analysis and judgment abilities.
  • Fluency in the language and outgoing personality with strong expression ability and communication skills.
