The City of Conroe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Clerk to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties in support of departmental operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of departmental activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
- Collaborate with departmental staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to type 40 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Valid Texas driver's license required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
