About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nursing Administration Coordinator to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our nursing programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff. You will be responsible for coordinating scheduling, communications, workflows, supplies, information processing, and staff support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily and long-term operations of assigned areas, maintaining up-to-date lists of RN-to-BSN candidates, admits, and graduates.
  • Assist with advising students individually and in groups regarding academic requirements, class selection, academic policies, and campus resources.
  • Create and submit reports related to assigned departments, perform research and analysis, and present findings.
  • Assist with recruiting and maintaining advising records and student records.
  • Train and monitor department staff, schedule work activities, develop training materials, and assist with evaluation of programs.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher, and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and use instructional software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
