Job Overview Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with a dedicated team and embark on your financial services career within our call center. If you are new to the field, we offer a comprehensive paid training program along with ongoing coaching to help you excel in your role and advance your career. Partner with our team and clients to:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers managing their retirement savings accounts
  • Inform and empower clients without engaging in cold calling or sales
  • Communicate important updates and changes regarding their plans
  • Facilitate contribution modifications, loans, and withdrawals
  • Implement general account modifications as directed by the customer
Your Qualifications
  • Willingness to work a 40-hour week, including non-traditional hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
  • Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (which may include food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 or equivalent licensure

Essential Internet Requirements:

To ensure your success, you will need to provide a reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup, as well as a suitable workspace in your home for training and uninterrupted work. All necessary computer equipment, headsets, and training materials will be supplied.

  • A minimum internet speed of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload is required for optimal voice quality
  • Associates must connect their computers directly to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable to ensure consistent voice quality

Base Salary Range

$41,000 - $57,650.00. This range reflects the typical minimum to maximum base salary for this position. Non-sales roles may participate in a bonus program, while sales positions may be eligible for sales incentives and bonuses based on individual performance. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
