Key Responsibilities

Join a collaborative team and embark on your financial services career within our customer support center. If you are new to the field, our comprehensive paid training program will equip you with the skills needed for success. Collaborate with our team and clients to:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers managing their retirement savings accounts
  • Inform and empower clients without engaging in cold calling or sales
  • Communicate essential updates and modifications to plans
  • Facilitate contribution adjustments, loans, and withdrawals
  • Execute general account modifications as directed by clients
  • Have the opportunity to pursue and study for FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work a 40-hour week, including non-traditional hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
  • Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (this can include food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience

  • Possession of FINRA Series 6 and 63 or equivalent licenses

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures

Internet and Equipment Requirements:

To ensure your success, you will need to provide a reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired setup, as well as a suitable workspace at home for training and work without interruptions. Necessary computer equipment, headsets, and training materials will be supplied.

  • Minimum internet speed of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload is required for optimal voice quality
  • Associates must connect their computers directly to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable to ensure consistent voice quality.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position typically falls between $38,000 and $52,425. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure, and skill level.
