We are seeking a Recruitment Strategy Manager to enhance our expanding HR team. This role will oversee all recruitment activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hiring process workflow.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition and marketing teams to ensure effective job postings attract suitable candidates.
  • Maintain detailed records of open positions and track the selection process of qualified applicants.
  • Keep HR and Talent leadership informed about the status of open positions and promptly address any challenges that may arise during the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings for hiring managers via video or phone interviews.
  • Request background checks for candidates selected by hiring managers in accordance with company protocols.
  • Engage with prospective candidates to discuss job offers, explain company benefits, and outline orientation programs while establishing start dates.
  • Assist with the company's WOTC processing during the hiring phase.
  • Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation assignments following company standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of an engaging online orientation program for new employees.
  • Ensure accurate filing of documents and reports in employee personnel files while upholding confidentiality and security standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post-secondary degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting is highly desirable.
  • Certification as a Human Resource Professional from a recognized accrediting body is preferred. If you are working towards this certification, we encourage you to apply.
