As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests of a designated building.

This is an onsite role Monday-Friday at a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical site in Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate and run on-site events, including securing event space and delivering supplies
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
