Job Title: Payroll System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll System Administrator to join our team at HealthPartners. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer payroll systems, including API and Kronos, to ensure compliance with company policies and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into payroll data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business areas to implement and configure payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on payroll systems and processes.
  • Identify and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or computer science.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or business analysis, with a focus on payroll and benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and experience with pivot tables and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
