Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and maintain all payroll records and employee data.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Prepare reports for management, finance department, and others as requested.
  • Assist with audits and inquiries related to payroll information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll issues or information.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficient in ADP.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and laws related to payroll.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
