Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at American Orthopedic Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining an efficient and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with calendar management software such as Outlook or Google Calendar.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
  • Handle general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Make travel arrangements for team members.
  • Answer and direct phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
