We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Fairview Park Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care, adhering to hospital and departmental standards and protocols.
- Assess and reassess patient condition, initiate plan of care, and begin discharge planning on admission.
- Maintain and apply current nursing standards and clinical competency, including the National Patient Safety Goals.
- Meet the personal and practical needs of patients and families, utilizing effective communication skills.
- Accept accountability for completion of assignments, demonstrating reliability and dependability.
- Acute Care or Critical Care experience is strongly preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Georgia RN licensure or compact license.
- Current CPR certification issued by American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
