Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care, assessing and reassessing patient condition, and developing and implementing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Georgia RN licensure or compact license.
- Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
