Location: Remote

Overview: The Inclusion & Equity Program Coordinator offers professional and managerial assistance to the leadership of the Diversity & Inclusion Division, advancing all organizational diversity initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, Affinity Group programming, professional development, event coordination, data management and analysis, client engagement, industry trends in diversity & inclusion (D&I), and administrative support. The position reports to the Head of Diversity & Inclusion and collaborates closely with the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer (CDIO), D&I Co-Chairs, D&I Standing Committee, Affinity Group leaders, and other key stakeholders across various departments.

Qualifications:

§ A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, ideally within a corporate or legal environment.
§ Experience in meeting planning is essential.
§ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
§ Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
§ Awareness and understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
§ High proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting.
§ Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
§ Ability to foster professional relationships through a collaborative approach across all levels and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
§ Leverage knowledge across the D&I Division to assist in executing the organization's D&I Strategic Action Plan and develop strategies to meet D&I objectives.
§ Aid the CDIO and Head of Diversity & Inclusion in all aspects of planning and logistics for their involvement in various meetings and events, including town halls, learning programs, retreats, diversity summits, and client engagements; assist in preparing relevant materials, data, and presentations.
§ Support the CDIO and Head of D&I on special projects and analyses concerning D&I topics and trends, preparing related executive summaries.
§ Address external inquiries related to collaborations with the D&I Division and, after thorough investigation, provide recommendations for further engagement. Track decisions and actions with external organizations.
§ Assist in reviewing talent management processes and organizational policies.
§ Collaborate with D&I Team members to analyze and report on diversity demographics and trends; support submissions for surveys and awards.
§ Maintain records of individual and Practice Group D&I plans and objectives.
§ Collaborate with the CDIO and D&I Team to develop the departmental budget; provide regular updates to Affinity Groups and stakeholders; oversee departmental expenditures and prepare analytical reports.
§ Demonstrate the ability to self-manage, prioritize multiple tasks, analyze needs, implement solutions, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
§ Exhibit strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail for both short-term and long-term projects.
§ Proficient in using databases and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
§ Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet departmental requirements.
§ Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be eligible for employment. Proof of vaccination will be required.
§ Serve as the point of contact for the Department with other organizational divisions, including Legal Recruiting, Professional Development, Accounting, HRIS, HR, Business Development, and Marketing.
§ Collaborate closely with all members of the D&I Team as necessary to implement initiatives across functions.
§ Perform other duties as assigned.
