Job Title: Sales Development Manager

At Ultimate Technologies Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and transitioning them to our sales team for closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and ensure they meet our sales team's criteria
  • Successfully transition qualified leads to our sales team and set them up for closure
  • Meet and exceed sales growth initiatives and individual goals/KPIs

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful hunting and lead generation experience (B2B sales experience preferred)
  • A track record of superior results, exceeding quotas or other KPIs
  • Experience selling high-dollar value solutions to senior executives
