Position Overview:

The Event Operations Associate plays a crucial role in welcoming and interacting with guests attending various events, including sports and concerts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event traffic as assigned.
  • Process event passes and credit card transactions.
  • Guide attendees and ensure smooth traffic flow.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling event signage and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities post-event.

Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate to a supervisor when necessary. Ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.


Required Skills:
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods (3-6 hours).
  • Strong communication skills with management and team members.
  • Demonstrated urgency and responsiveness.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Experience with cash handling and monetary transactions.
  • Prior experience in outdoor environments is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to walk, run, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
