We are looking for a motivated individual to sell products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting, driving company revenue and providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience in the jewelry industry or are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Explain and showcase our extensive collection of fine jewelry, watches, and other luxury goods
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available for customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Assist with store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in jewelry sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
