Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Financial Professional to join our team at Vetegrity. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the validation and completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs), conducting End of the year activities, and completing data calls. You will also be responsible for entering requisitions in our financial management system, preparing non-complex Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) and Economy Act Orders (EAO), and processing incoming MIPRs and EAOs. Additionally, you will create and maintain spend plans in our financial management system, modify requisitions and associated documentation to comply with contracting's guidance, and assist the Government Program Managers in tracking requirements through execution tracking and monitoring requisitions through the approval and certification process.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the validation and completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs)
  • Conduct End of the year activities and complete data calls
  • Enter requisitions in our financial management system

Requirements:
  • Four (4) years of DoD/IC experience in purchasing or finance; or six (6) years of combined DoD/IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables
  • NSA's financial management system and its interfaces (currently FACTS, CMIS and CDW) experience is preferred
