Job Title: Capacity Manager II

FLASH Technology Group is seeking a highly skilled Capacity Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and capacity of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement network capacity plans to meet business requirements
  • Conduct site surveys and optimize network topologies to improve performance and efficiency
  • Configure and manage network devices, including Cisco equipment
  • Assign IP addresses to network-connected devices and ensure secure connectivity
  • Prepare site installation and test reports to document network performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network capacity issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 5 years of experience in network administration
  • OR High School diploma or equivalent, and 9 years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of networking equipment, protocols, and security measures
  • Experience with MS Office and ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, word documents, and presentations
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
