Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of marriage and family therapists.
  • Conducting mental health evaluations and developing, implementing, and maintaining treatment plans.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with a diverse team to fulfill our mission.
  • Utilizing innovative approaches to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Documenting each session according to company guidelines.
  • Coordinating care with various stakeholders, including case managers and medical personnel.
  • Participating in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT).
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and maintaining clinical documentation.
  • A passion for therapeutic practices, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and more.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional boundaries.
