CompensationSalary Range: $86,000 - $120,000

- Supervise fellow marriage and family therapists.
- Assess mental health diagnoses, develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and ensure ongoing documentation aligns with company policies.
- For full-time status, maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits weekly or increase as desired.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission.
- Employ creativity in interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual session documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as necessary.
- Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT).
- Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining clinical case notes.
- Ideal candidates will possess a general understanding of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior experience with mental health documentation.
- A passion for therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and others.
- Ability to submit documentation promptly and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus).
- Credentialing with insurance panels is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States.
