Your Role

As a Lead Marriage and Family Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will be part of a team dedicated to enhancing access to quality mental health care. Our core values—authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination—drive our mission.

We provide comprehensive support for inquiries, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing, and collections, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of marriage and family therapists

  • Utilizing innovative interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinating services with various stakeholders as needed
  • Participating in clinical staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LMFT)
  • Experience in diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
  • A passion for diverse therapeutic modalities and community resources
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems
  • The ability to pass a background check and authorization to work in the United States
