ABM Industries is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to deliver exceptional administrative assistance within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative and collaborate effectively as a dedicated team member, adhering to the organization's policies and procedures while supporting ABM's overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide executive support, including managing correspondence, mail handling, filing, employee recognition awards, accounts payable workflow coding, off-site storage management, and report generation.
+ Manage city business licenses and alarm registrations.
+ Prepare contracts for legal review and signatures, ensuring proper processing and filing. Deliver customer service to parking clients and maintain the 4Wheel drive client portal.
+ Oversee facility maintenance and management of the office by liaising with vendors for necessary services.
+ Procure office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
+ Cover front desk/reception duties as required, greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate staff members.
Qualifications:
+ An associate's degree in office management or a minimum of three years of office or service industry experience is required. A Notary Public license is advantageous.
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ Demonstrated accuracy in data entry for online supply ordering. Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Capability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Willingness to work occasional overtime as necessary.
+ A commitment to exceptional customer service.
