The position available is for a Call Center Customer Service Representative, which means you will be dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key player in our team, you will:

Qualifications:

Minimum:
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience using computers and navigating multiple applications.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
  • Strong skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences and problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical skills to determine effective resolutions.
  • Must be comfortable in a structured call center environment.
  • Enthusiastic and personable demeanor.
