Compensation: $15 per hour
  • On-site training for phone systems and software.
  • Potential for commissions based on service evaluations completed by the sales team.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Work hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Daily tasks include:
    • Scheduling appointments for Richmond Ford Lincoln and Richmond Ford West.
    • Handling inbound calls to book appointments or direct inquiries appropriately.
    • Making outbound calls to confirm next-day appointments and potentially generate service evaluations for the sales team.
    • Validating online appointment requests.
    • Responding to incoming website chat inquiries.
    • Contacting customers to arrange recall appointments.
    • Facilitating communication between parts and service departments.
    • Receiving extensive support from management.
  • While primarily a scheduling role, we value work-life balance; you will only be required to work one Saturday each month.
  • Enjoy Sundays and most holidays off.
  • Participate in monthly Business Development Center meetings with performance-based rewards.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred (including backgrounds in hotels and restaurants, as well as recent graduates).
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Possess a proactive approach to work.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand instructions and information.
  • Available for full-time roles, including Saturdays.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Must perform duties safely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass background checks, drug screenings, and hold a valid Virginia driver's license.
  • Low turnover rate among staff.
