Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team at Patient First. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of information and services.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and providing exceptional service to meet client needs.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately and timely report results and discrepancies of drug screen collections, and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Patient First team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to sit for long periods of time (4-7 hours at a time), and flexible work schedule to meet departmental service level needs.
