Fogo de Chão is seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Beverage Specialists to enhance our service experience.

As a Beverage Specialist, your role will involve responsibly serving a variety of drinks to guests while ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process drink orders from patrons or servers, expertly mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine and beer.
  • Ensure responsible service of alcoholic drinks, verifying guest identification, and complying with all relevant laws and company policies.
  • Input drink and food orders into the POS system and manage payment transactions with guests.
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory documentation.
  • Maintain bar inventory by ordering or requisitioning necessary liquors, beverages, and supplies.
  • Clean and organize bar equipment and stock.
  • Execute opening, closing, and side work tasks as assigned.
