Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience, including General HR, Recruiting, and Compensation/Benefits.
  • At least 5 years in HRIS leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and set strategic goals.
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification is preferred.
  • Must reside in or near the Houston area.
