Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Amphenol Energy Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions, and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll, manage time-off requests, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR information system, and generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
