About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Education Coordinator to join our team at Evidence in Motion. As a Clinical Education Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our mission to humanize patient care in every community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze departmental reports and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze clinical site data and prepare presentations for University Partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage data within Clinical Education Management Systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide systems support to teammates and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist the Clinical Education Operations Manager with all Clinical Education project needs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • College degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Action and goal-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a diversified working environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and other productivity-enhanced applications.
