About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team at Pinnacle Clinical Research. As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of clinical trials, including study coordination, data management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the clinical research coordinator and principal investigator to ensure the smooth conduct of trials.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and study participants.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in clinical research.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in clinical research or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clinical research certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
