Field Sales Representative

Cengage Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the higher education market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the higher education market, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
