About the Role:
New Transitions, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients in their homes, including assistance with daily living tasks and support with social and recreational activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  3. Support clients in developing and maintaining social relationships.
  4. Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.

Qualifications:
