Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Companion Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing emotional support and practical assistance to patients in their homes, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and outings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • At least one year of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • CPR certification and First Aid training preferred.

Compensation:

  • A salary range of $48,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.
