Pediatric Care Specialist

The Pediatric Care Specialist will provide one-on-one nursing care to a special child in their home. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a family.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license
• 1 year of LPN experience, or participation in our comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for newly licensed nurses
• Successful passing of background checks
