Position Overview:

The Restaurant Operations Manager leads both the Front and Back of House teams, holding full accountability for the restaurant's performance. This role embodies the brand within the community and is responsible for nurturing and developing a team that includes Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and various restaurant staff members across both operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivates a positive workplace culture while striving to achieve our Mission Statement.

• Adheres to and enforces food safety standards and HACCP protocols.

• Engages in daily communication with senior management.

• Oversees the quality and cleanliness of food and the dining environment.

• Completes additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Responsible for cleaning large kitchen equipment.

• Manages waste disposal in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers is essential.

• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.

• Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift between 30-80 pounds.
