We are currently seeking a Risk Supervisor to oversee our Race and Sports Book operations. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our betting services.

The Risk Supervisor, like all members of our team, is expected to deliver exceptional service and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of their work. This position plays a vital role in upholding the company's Vision, Mission, and Values, inspiring others through exemplary behavior and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in the daily operations of the Race and Sports Book, including setting point spreads and determining which events to offer.
  • Authorize wagers that comply with established Limits and Rules.
  • Continuously monitor game markets and make necessary adjustments.
  • Effectively manage multiple game markets simultaneously.
  • Detect and report any suspicious activities or wagering patterns.
  • Input and update current events in the bookmaking system.
  • Score and evaluate ongoing events within the system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee must be able to stand, walk, use hands for handling objects, reach with arms, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Nevada Gaming Registration is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Race and Sports Book Operations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Race and Sports Book Supervision and Risk Management.
  • Must adhere to grooming standards, with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors.
