Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Earth Fare. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on hotel amenities and services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
