Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure accurate entries in accounting software
    • Generate financial statements and conduct analyses
    • Track inventory, fixed assets, and business documentation
    • Oversee compliance with tax, insurance, and regulatory standards
    • Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Cash Flow Management
    • Handle accounts payable processes
    • Manage accounts receivable functions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least two years of relevant business experience
  • Proficient in current business software applications
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Pro and collections processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused office setting

Educational Background:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Associate degree in accounting is preferred or 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
