Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive support regarding financial aid and student billing programs, ensuring adherence to all relevant Federal, State, and institutional regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience of specific student groups or programs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of existing regulations, policies, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree coupled with two to four years of experience in a complex customer service environment is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, particularly in managing sensitive financial discussions with students and their families.
- Proven ability to create and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, alongside the capacity to exercise independent judgment and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in higher education, familiarity with student information systems, and knowledge of tax preparation processes are highly desirable.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $46,000 and $58,000 annually.

Additional Information

This position is part of a bargaining unit, and external candidates may be required to complete a probationary period.
